Two Wheeler Loan EMI

Two-wheeler loans are short-tenure auto loans. Calculate EMI on the financed amount, not the sticker price.

What is a Two Wheeler Loan EMI?

A two-wheeler loan EMI follows the same reducing-balance formula as other retail loans.

How is it calculated?

Enter financed amount, dealer or bank rate and tenure in years.

Formula used

EMI = P × r × (1+r)^n / ((1+r)^n − 1)
P = principal, r = annual rate ÷ 12 ÷ 100, n = months

Worked example

₹1.2 lakh at 12% for 3 years has an EMI of about ₹3,986.
