Loan Against Property EMI

LAP is a secured loan against an existing property. You continue to own the property while you pay EMI.

What is a Loan Against Property EMI?

Lenders often fund a percentage of the property’s market value after legal and technical checks.

How is it calculated?

Enter the proposed loan, expected rate and tenure (often up to 15–20 years).

Formula used

EMI = P × r × (1+r)^n / ((1+r)^n − 1)
P = principal, r = annual rate ÷ 12 ÷ 100, n = months

Worked example

₹30 lakh at 9.5% for 15 years has an EMI of about ₹31,353.
